All the orders are processed and shipped 1 to 5 days after they have been emitted. You will be informed by mail of your order status : pending, processing, shipped.
We propose French Airmail priority service to our customers, which is the fastest yet cheapest way to sen miniatures overseas ( 2 to 3 days within EEU, 4 to 8 days to North America, 5 to 10 days rest of the world).
You can also select an insurance option, for an additional 4 euros (5.35 US$) for goods up to 45 euros, or 5 euros (6,70 US$) for goods up to 150 euros. This insurance also grants a tracking number.
Our miniatures are packaged in ziplock bags + Foamed envelopp to reduce the weight and bulk of the parcel, hence the shipping costs
Returns
If you are not satisfied by our products, you can return them back to us during the 2 weeks following the "shipped" notice.
You will be refunded of the product value upon reception of the goods.
In case some parts are damaged during the transport, please send us a picture and we will send a replacement part at no cost.
